5 Minute Spice Cake in Microwave

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/16 tsp nutmeg, ground
  • 1/16 tsp clove, ground
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Put the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and brown sugar into a 4 cup microwaveable bowl; mix well.
  2. Add oil, molasses, water and egg; mix well.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes.
  4. Cool slightly, and serve with ice cream, whipping cream, or raisin sauce.
