Moist Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients together.
  3. Mix next 6 ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Combine.
  5. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan.
  6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 45- 50 minutes.
