Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 1/2 cups sifted icing sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Line a small loaf pan with waxed paper or grease with butter.
  2. In a medium microwavable bowl, gradually blend milk into pudding mix until smooth. Add butter
  3. Cook uncovered on High for 1 minute. Stir well.
  4. Cook on High for 50 seconds. Mixture should just start to foam or boil around the edges. Do not overcook!
  5. Stir well. Quickly blend in icing sugar in 3 parts. Stir in nuts.
  6. Pour into pan and chill 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  8. For butterscotch fudge, use Jello Butterscotch pudding and pie & mix, reduce milk to 1/4 cup and icing sugar to 2 1/4 cups.
