Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C fan forced.
  2. Lightly spray quiche dish with cooking oil.
  3. Place 1 sheet of Pastry on base of dish & trim to fit.
  4. Use trimmings to fill any gaps in case.
  5. Prick pastry base all over.
  6. Scatter chopped onions & shredded bacon evenly over pastry base.
  7. Crack eggs over ingredients, evenly spaced, keeping yolks whole.
  8. Season with salt & pepper.
  9. Place remaining Pastry sheet over top & trim to fit.
  10. Use trimmings to fill any gaps in top.
  11. Pinch pastry edges together securely.
  12. Prick pastry top, (try not to prick eggs).
  13. Cook 20-25 minutes in oven.
  14. Serve hot cut into wedges!
  15. Watch it disappear!
