  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine vinegar, sugar and salt. Heat and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Remove from heat and combine with remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and chill for 2-48 hours, stirring often.
  4. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
