Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, mayonnaise and garlic in medium bowl until well blended.
  3. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes; stir.
  5. Arrange tomatoes, artichokes and peppers on top of cheese mixture in 3 separate sections.
  6. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with a variety of crackers, such as wheat thins.
