Ingredients:

  • 1-2 eggs , whipped in a microwavable cereal bowl
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 slice cheese
  • seasoning to taste

Directions:

  1. Gather all ingredients for a quick assembly.
  2. Whip (and season, if desired) eggs with a fork.
  3. Toast bread and microwave eggs (45 seconds for 1, 90 seconds for 2) on high.
  4. Use a fork to lift cooked eggs from bowl, top with sliced cheese so it will begin to melt.
  5. Assemble sandwich as soon as bread is toasted.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite morning beverage.
  7. You can add avocado (YUM!), bacon, ham, sliced tomatoes, etc. to this to make it your own!
