10 Minute Shrimp Rice Bowl for One

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli in a covered bowl with 2 tablespoons water for 2 min on high in microwave.
  2. Clean/peel shrimp if necessary.
  3. Cook rice if necessary, or micrawave frozen rice for 20 sec.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  5. Cook onions until translucent.
  6. Add pinch of chilli pepper to oil.
  7. Add shrimp to pan and cook until they almost turn pink.
  8. Add minced garlic and toss.
  9. Throw in rice and toss.
  10. Add vinegar and broccoli and toss.
  11. Once everything is heated through, remove and throw in a bowl. (Don't let the rice/broccoli stay in the pan to long as the rice will start to stick and the broccoli will become over cooked.
