Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs sorrel
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp raisins

Directions:

  1. Strip and wash sorrel.
  2. Cook in a saucepan with no additional water, until wilted.
  3. Drain, if necessary.
  4. Stir in butter and sugar and simmer a few minutes.
  5. Add raisins.
