Ingredients:
2 lbs sorrel
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons raisins
Directions:
1. Strip and wash sorrel.
2. Cook in a saucepan with no additional water, until wilted.
3. Drain, if necessary.
4. Stir in butter and sugar and simmer a few minutes.
5. Add raisins.
