Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*. (Or if using Kira?s crappy New Windsor oven ? Preheat to 355*)
  2. Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla and egg. Beat well.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and zucchini. Mix.
  4. Add oats, coconut, nuts, raisins and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  5. Drop by small spoonfuls (20-25 per sheet) on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Makes about 4 dozen
