Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Spray 9 pie plate with cooking spray.
  3. Layer zucchini, tomato and onion in pie plate.
  4. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
  5. Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended.
  6. Pour into pie plate.
  7. Bake about 35 minute or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Let stand 5 minute before serving.
