Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare bread pan by spraying with cooking spray.
  2. Put aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  4. Mix flour,baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, salt, sugar, and evaporated milk together in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Mix pumpkin, mashed banana, zucchini, butter, egg,vanilla extract and water, in a bowl.
  6. When incorporated add all at once to the flour mixture.
  7. (Mixture will be stiff).
  8. Pour into pan and top with mixture of brown sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
  9. Put in oven and cook for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from middle.
