Ingredients:

  • 3 oz brandy (singani or pisco preferred)
  • 1 tsp sugar (or to taste) (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cold water (or crushed ice)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Mix very well.
  3. Chill. This should be served very cold.
