Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut knockwurst into small cubes then mince pickles and onion.
  2. Mix together the vinegar, mustard and oil then add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar.
  3. Adjust seasonings if desired then add capers and mix well.
  4. Stir in knockwurst, pickles and onions then just before serving garnish with parsley.
