Rice Krispy Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 lb chicken piece
  • 1 -2 cup rice krispies

Directions:

  1. Stir salt, pepper and paprika into oil in a shallow bowl.
  2. Dip chicken in oil, then in Rice Krispies.
  3. Lay on a foil-covered cookie sheet, skin side up.
  4. Bake in preheated 350F oven 45-60 minutes.
