Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Par boil the wings for 10 minutes and let cool while preparing the sauce
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a medium sauce pan and slowly bring to a boil
  3. Stay right with it because it tends to boil over
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer and stir until sauce thickens slightly
  5. Arrange wings in a large disposable foil roaster (less clean up)
  6. Pour sauce over wings and arrange on center rack in a 450 F oven
  7. Bake for approx 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until wings are dark, gooey and yummy.
