Directions:

  1. Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Heat the oil, ginger and garlic over medium to medium high heat.
  3. Brown the chicken.
  4. Add veggies, and cook until veggies are crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and pepper.
  6. Serve over side of rice.
