Ingredients:

  • 1/4 liter low-fat yogurt
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix the yoghurt with juice and vanilla sugar.
  2. Slice and add the grapes and banana.
  3. Crush and add the walnuts.
