Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat the curd and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan, put oil and once it is hot add the peeled garlic cloves.
  3. Let them go brown on the edges.
  4. Cool and pound them or grind them to a paste.
  5. Add the garlic paste, salt and black pepper powder to the yoghurt.
  6. Let it stand for about half an hour before serving.
  7. Add chopped leaves.
  8. Use as a dip or with plain steamed rice.
