Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the apple into bite sized pieces.
  2. Put shredded chicken into a bowl with the apple and add raisins.
  3. Add mayonnaise.
  4. Add curry to taste (I put in enough to make the salad a very light yellow).
  5. Top with a bit of black pepper.
