Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup sake
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the soy sauce, honey and sake. Mix in the pressed garlic, if using. Use as a marinade and/or a basting sauce while grilling chicken.
