World’s Best Soup for Diseases, or Soup   Not to Die For

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add cold water to soup pot, add organic, very low sodium chicken broth to taste (or just use the natural veggie broth produced).
  2. Add veggies and beans (beans washed with hot tap water).
  3. Add pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Bring to boil, turn off heat, cover, and wait for one hour.
  5. Add Spirulina last.
  6. Note: Spirulina can be purchased online from Natural Ways Co., “Green Magic” Powder, or Earthrise Co., “Spirulina IL-4, …180 caps.
  7. (No!, I do not own stock in these companies).
  8. Totally optional: For a nice Zip, I like to add Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce, to taste, ( ).
