Worcestershire Broiled Halibut Steaks

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the steaks on a rack in a broiler pan.
  2. Combine orange juice, peel, worcestershire sauce& salt.
  3. Brush lightly over the steaks.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Place under the broiler for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes when tested, baste with remaining worcestershire sauce.
