  1. Saute garlic and onion in oil in saucepan.
  2. Add and lightly saute carrots, zucchini, and broccoli. Add broth, rice, and tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer 35 minutes or until rice is soft.
  4. Add seasoning.
