Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes and parsnips in water until tender.
  2. While these are cooking chop leeks and simmer in milk until soft.
  3. Cook cabbage and have warm and well chopped.
  4. Drain potatoes then season with mace, garlic, salt and pepper then beat well.
  5. Add cooked leeks and milk.
  6. Blend in cabbage and butter.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
