Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (mexican if you can find it)

Directions:

  1. Into a blender it all goes and process/pulse for 1 min-you want a few chunks.
  2. Pour into a saucepan and simmer for 15 min to reduce a bit.
