Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat egg and sugar.
  2. Add oil, baking soda, flour, and salt.
  3. Mix in apples.
  4. Batter will be VERY thick.(Apples make own liquid).
  5. Add chopped nuts and vanilla.
  6. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350°F for approximately 40-45 minutes.
