Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix apples and sugar.
  3. Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
  4. Stir.
  5. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt and stir.
  6. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
