Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put stuffing in a bowl. Add chopped onion, celery, mushrooms and water or broth to moisten; about 1 cup.
  2. Cook rice according to directions and add to stuffing mixture.
  3. Add chicken, water chestnuts ans soup to mixture. Mix well.
  4. Place in lightly greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. If you would like it to be crispier you can bak it longer.
