Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix applesauce and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and zucchini.
  3. Sift dry ingredients together and add to the sugar mixture.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Bake in 1 loaf pan (or two mini loaf pans) at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
