Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Add milk, oil and eggs.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Bake about six minutes in waffle iron.
