  1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until dry particles are moistened, about 75 strokes.
  3. Pour batter into greased bread pan.
  4. Sprinkle with topping.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Not recommended for use with self-rising flour.
