Whole Wheat High Fiber Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or mixer and beat well.
  2. Let stand 1 hour for perfect crepes. I usually don't do this, but they are nicer when I do.
