Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup. blue agave nectar or honey (but honey will adjust the flavor)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. applesauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • dash sea salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Pour into greased glass pan.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 min.
