Whole Wheat Banana Oat Muffins

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients and mix until blended.
  2. In a small mixing bowl beat egg whites, banana, milk and applesauce.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients until just moistened. Spray muffin tin with PAM, or line with muffin cups.
  4. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until tops spring back when pressed.
