Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until fluffy.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix gently. It's ok if it's a little lumpy.
  3. Heat griddle, and pour some of the batter on. Bake 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
