  1. WHOLE GRAIN MIX:.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
  3. Store in an airtight container (makes 13 cups).
  4. PANCAKES:.
  5. Combine the skim milk, honey, oil, and egg in a mixing bowl.
  6. Add grain mixture, stirring until mixed; the batter will be a little lumpy.
  7. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly greased griddle.
  8. Bake till bubbles appear on the surface and the underside is golden borwn.
  9. Turn pancakes over and bake again till golden brown.
