Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup cold water. Set aside.
  2. Mix sugar into boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Add gelatin mixture to sugar water.
  4. Add sour cream and mix until lumps have disappeared.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip.
  6. Pour into mold or dish. (May lightly grease mold with mayo. This will not affect the flavor at the end.).
  7. Chill overnight.
  8. Serve with pie filling as topping or in center of round mold.
