Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the gelatine and 2 cups sugar in a large saucepan.
  2. Add the water and the salt.
  3. Heat and stir until sugar and gelatine are dissolved.
  4. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the frozen orange juice concentrate.
  6. Chill, sitrring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  7. Stir in the finely chopped nuts.
  8. Rinse an 8-inch square pan with cold water.
  9. Turn mixture into the pan and chill until firm.
  10. Unmold on a board dusted with powdered sugar.
  11. Cut candy into squares and roll it in additional powdered sugar.
  12. Store candy in refrigerator in airtight container.
