Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat butter and sugar together.
  2. Add eggs one at a time; beat after adding each one.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and lemon extract.
  4. Mix pineapple, maraschino cherries and pecans together separately.
  5. Coat fruits with the flour.
  6. Fold the fruit, pecan, and flour mixture into the batter gently.
  7. Line the baking pan of your choice with wax paper.
  8. Pour in the batter and spread it to where it is even and settled.
  9. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  10. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
