Whipped Potatoes Paprika

Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup butter
  • milk , to reach consistency desired
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil peeled, cubed potatoes in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain water from potatoes.
  3. Mash potatoes.
  4. Add cream cheese and butter.
  5. Stir to mix.
  6. Add milk to make desired consistency.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Using hand mixer on low/medium setting, whip potato mixture until fluffy.
  9. Put whipped potatoes in serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika to taste.
  10. Serve hot.
