Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Place cubed melon in a bowl and mash with a potato masher (your mixture should still have small bits of fruit in it).
  2. Juice your lemon to measure 3-4 tbs of juice.
  3. Add lemon juice and sugar to the melon mixture; mix well.
  4. Divide fruit mixture evenly among 3 Ice Shaver tubs; freeze until firm.
  5. To serve, remove frozen mixture from tubs; shave using your ice shaver.
