Directions:

  1. Line the sides and bottom of a round plastic container with a lid with the softened lime sherbet..
  2. Put in the freezer until hardened.
  3. Meanwhile, soften the strawberry or raspberry ice cream or sherbet. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon this mixture into the sherbet-lined plastic container and cover with lid.
  5. Freeze until hardened throughout.
  6. When completely frozen, unmold and slice into servings.
  7. Serve immediately.
