Ingredients:

  • 6 cups apple cider
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups pineapple juice

Directions:

  1. Heat cider and cinnamon stick in a pot, bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 5 minutes longer.
  4. Note: You can double the recipe and use a 30 cup coffee pot.
  5. Suggest Heat cider& cinnamon in a pot (same as above).
  6. Add nutmeg, honey and lemon juice.
  7. Pour into coffee pot, then add pineapple juice.
  8. Do this twice instead of doubling the recipe.
  9. It's easier to handle.
