Warm Autumn Punch

Ingredients:

  • 8 whole cloves
  • 6 cups apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 1/4 cups pineapple juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stud the whole oranges with cloves, and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine the apple juice and cinnamon stick.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, and stir in the nutmeg, honey, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
  6. Serve hot in a punch bowl with the 2 clove-studded baked oranges floating on top.
