Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cut bread into 1/2 inch thick slices. Brush one side of each slice with Italian dressing. Place in preheated oven until lightly toasted (about 5 minutes).
  3. Meanwhile in a medium bowl combine tomatoes, onion, garlic and feta and remaining Italian dressing.
  4. Spoon mixture onto each toast slice and sprinkle with shredded parmesan.
  5. Return to oven for 7-10 minutes or until toppings are heated through. Serve immediately.
  6. **You can increase or decrease the amount of Italian dressing added to the tomato mixture according to your tastes. I have also found that the basil and sun dried tomato flavored feta works extremely well in this recipe.**
