Warm Potato And Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix together onions, most of the parsley, lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil.
  3. Drain potatoes and place in a serving bowl then add dressing and toss well.
  4. Gently mix in the tuna being careful to avoid breaking it up too much.
  5. Season with salt and pepper then sprinkle with remaining parsley.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve while warm.
