Warm Mushroom and Romaine Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic and cook until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms, remaining olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to pan and stir well.
  4. Cook till the mushrooms are cooked through.
  5. Pour over shredded romaine lettuce and serve.
