Ingredients:

  • 3 cups seasoned stuffing mix, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese (4%)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sour cream

Directions:

  1. Mix stuffing, nuts, cottage cheese, onion, milk,& parsley well.
  2. Mold into 15 round balls.
  3. Place into well greased flat casserole.
  4. Mix gravy ingredients together.
  5. Pour gravy over walnut balls.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
